- Exclusions:
- Final-sale items: Marked as “Non-Refundable” at checkout (e.g., specialty helmets, installed GPS systems).
- Customized/Installed products: No returns for tailored accessories (e.g., engraved parts, aftermarket installations).
- Damaged by misuse: Items showing signs of physical damage (e.g., crash damage, water exposure) are ineligible.

- Photos of the item (if defective/damaged).

Step 3: Return Shipment
